Job Overview

This position is fully remote.

Role: Compliance Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the licensing and compliance domain, particularly in MLS or real estate licensing.
  • Familiarity with the MLS system is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mortgage license renewals.
  • Familiarity with Airtable and Smartsheet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and support the new license application process within the MLS framework.
  • Collaborate with internal Loan Officers to facilitate application clearance.
  • Manage a reporting function by generating daily reports.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for Loan Officers.
  • Communicate new license approvals effectively.
  • Track and manage various processes.
  • Support ad hoc licensing requirements as part of a collaborative team.
  • Provide exceptional service to Loan Officers, ensuring a client-focused approach.
