Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team at Lumbermen's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers and suppliers in the Building Materials division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate product quotes to customers
  • Manage inventory stock levels and maintain accurate records
  • Assist customers and vendors with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Enter incoming orders accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 2-5 years' experience in a professional customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with fellow employee owners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
