Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Binson's Home Health Care Centers, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our patients and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources to address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Accurately enter new patient information into our company's computer system.
  • Responsible for generating DME supplies and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Update and correct patient files during calls to ensure accurate information.
  • Obtain written orders from physicians, verify insurance, and generate orders.
  • Keep customers and referral sources informed about order status.
