Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dealer Relationship Representative to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new auto and powersports dealer business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our internal team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new dealer partners to generate sales and revenue growth.
  • Assist dealer partners with loan origination and deal funding, ensuring seamless transactions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze dealer performance, providing insights and recommendations to management to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with relevant work experience in the auto dealer or finance industry.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of credit and lending principles.
  • Reliable internet and telephone service, as well as a dedicated home office or workspace.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within a designated territory, with a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle records history.

  • Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
