Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in the telecommunications industry.
  • Analyze target audience demographics to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Team to identify and convert prospective customers.
  • Attend industry events to build and maintain professional relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Utilize our CRM program to track leads, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations for our products and solutions.
  • Use our tools to create orders, contracts, quotes, and sample invoices.
  • Participate in weekly sales calls, meetings, and training sessions to stay aligned with our sales strategy.
  • Represent Socket at customer-facing events like Lunch & Learns, trade shows, and expo booths.
