Pure Property Management - Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Pure Property Management. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound leads and execute outbound strategy to develop new relationships with key partners
  • Meet with and educate qualified prospects on our residential management services
  • Qualify and convert prospects into clients for our service
  • Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses
  • Learn our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate laws
  • Build relationships with prospects and nurture them to create new property management opportunities
Requirements:
  • Responsive and great listener with clear communication skills
  • Consistent performance and fast learner with sales experience
  • Proficiency in sales CRM (LeadSimple, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Real Estate or investment experience is preferred
  • Real Estate sales license is preferred
