Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Pure Property Management. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound leads and execute outbound strategy to develop new relationships with key partners
- Meet with and educate qualified prospects on our residential management services
- Qualify and convert prospects into clients for our service
- Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses
- Learn our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate laws
- Build relationships with prospects and nurture them to create new property management opportunities
- Responsive and great listener with clear communication skills
- Consistent performance and fast learner with sales experience
- Proficiency in sales CRM (LeadSimple, HubSpot, etc.)
- Real Estate or investment experience is preferred
- Real Estate sales license is preferred
- High degree of autonomy with results-driven position
- Abundance of training, coaching, and mentorship on industry best practices and sales skill development
