About the Role

PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the residential property management market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the residential property management market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calls, referrals, and networking events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the residential property management or real estate industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on business development and growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the residential property management industry and market trends
