We are seeking a seasoned technical program manager to spearhead product development initiatives in cutting-edge technologies.What You Can Expect
As an Engineering Program Manager within the CCS team, you will take full ownership of customer-centric custom solutions.
Your role will involve leading some of the most intricate and advanced projects in the industry, collaborating with major players in the technology sector.
This position is highly visible and requires regular engagement with senior executives and technical leaders, both within Marvell and among our clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Comprehensive program oversight throughout all phases: Planning, development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production launch.
- Collaborating with a matrix organization across diverse cross-functional teams to drive execution and ensure overall program success.
- Effectively escalating and managing issues to resolution.
- Monitoring and controlling project performance (schedule, budget, and resource utilization) against established plans.
- Managing internal and external communications at both technical and executive levels.
- Proactively identifying risks and leading mitigation strategies.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 10-15 years of relevant professional experience. A Master's degree or PhD in the same fields with 5-10 years of experience is also acceptable.
- A minimum of 7 years in a program management role within the semiconductor industry.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational capabilities.
- Strong customer-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
$139,900 per annum.
The starting base pay for the successful candidate will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be adjusted based on market factors.
