Job Description
Gersh Autism is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As an integral part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to reach their full potential.

As an ABA Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to enable students to develop essential life skills for greater independence. This includes providing one-to-one assistance to students in a vibrant and supportive group environment, working closely with educational team members, and documenting delivery, Individual Education Plan (IEP), assessments, individual student skills assessment, and behavior support.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to collaborate with classroom staff to ensure seamless integration of services and provide additional support during behavior incidents. You will also be required to follow expectations placed by the administration and special education teams, as well as represent Ready Set Connect's core values and maintain a positive relationship with school districts.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours, requiring a high level of flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be required to report to assigned schools and work with classroom staff as directed by the principal or assistant principal.

Salary: $23.00 per hour

Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and practices

Additional Information:

$23.00 per hour, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
