Role Overview
This part-time Behavioral Support Specialist position plays a crucial role in our team, working closely with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on client progress.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Conducting 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment sessions with clients
  • Collaborating with BCBA supervisors to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform treatment decisions

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • An RBT certification or willingness to obtain one

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 based on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
