Behavior Intervention Specialist

Arms Wide Open ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their behavioral goals and development.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$32 per hour, based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician.
Responsibilities- Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Deliver one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to clients based on individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Observe and document client behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
- Attend training sessions and supervision meetings to enhance skills and ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Support clients in developing and enhancing communication, social, and daily living skills.
