Job Responsibilities
This part-time position involves conducting and implementing 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as determined in the client's treatment plan. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  2. Working collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A high school degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, and/or Sociology)
  2. Prior experience in ABA therapy and/or working with special needs children is preferred
  3. An active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or completion of the free online 40-hour training course prior to starting and taking the exam within one month of employment
