Behavioral Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Manchester, New Hampshire. As an RBT, you will provide behavioral support to students, implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, and contribute to behavior plans.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity where you will work with a strong, supportive team focused on helping students succeed in both classroom settings and community-based activities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement ABA methodologies and follow individualized behavior plans
- Support students in the school environment and assist with transitions to community-based vocational and leisure activities
- Provide behavioral support and collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals
- Document student progress and report on behavior interventions
- Undergo or maintain certification in nonviolent crisis intervention techniques as needed
- RBT certification (or willingness to complete certification)
- Willingness to receive training in nonviolent crisis intervention methods
- Experience working with students with behavioral challenges
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A passion for helping students thrive both academically and in community settings
The salary for this role is estimated at $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
