Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Arms Wide Open ABA. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.


Salary: $24-$30 per hour, based on experience


Work Schedule: Full-time, part-time, and hourly positions available

About the Job:


In this dynamic role, you will work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with BCBAs to modify intervention strategies based on client data and feedback.
  • Delivering tailored behavior therapy sessions to clients according to their individualized treatment plans.
  • Observing and documenting client behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
  • Participating in training sessions and supervision meetings to enhance your skills and ensure adherence to professional standards.
  • Supporting clients in developing essential communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Maintaining a supportive and encouraging environment to foster client engagement and progress.
  • Implementing behavior interventions and data collection procedures as outlined in client behavior plans.
