About the Opportunity

This role will be based in a HUB Mountain States area office, providing administrative and clerical support to the HR department and regional Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling recruitment intake meetings, creating requisitions in Workday Recruiting and Phenom, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule recruitment intake meetings for new job requisitions
  • Assist TA team members in creating requisitions in Workday Recruiting and Phenom
  • Coordinate securing required approvals and managing process through HR platforms
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by moving candidates through the process quickly and professionally
  • Work directly with TA team members and hiring managers to schedule phone screen and onsite interviews
  • Manage offer letters and pre-employment background screens
  • Help guide new hires and hiring managers through the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate data in Workday and Phenom platforms
  • Manage employee referral program and track new hires and terminations
  • Work as a liaison between the field and payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping
  • Pull HRIS reports and run analysis to identify trends in hiring and turnover
  • Recommend new approaches to improve policies, procedures, and documentation
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Project management experience and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with remote locations
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2 years in professional office experience
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
