Job Summary

The Treasury Sales Enablement Professional is responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to drive business growth in our Commercial Products organization.

You will work closely with our sales leadership team and other partners to create actionable sales processes, goals, and performance measures. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and communication will be essential in driving these efforts forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining an understanding of our Commercial Products/Treasury Sales organizations' go-to-market process, sales cycle, and tools needed to be successful.
  • Collaborating with our Commercial Products teams and other Line of Business colleagues on strategic initiatives involving tactical execution.
  • Developing and maintaining materials to support sales teams with business development activities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,027 - $138,965 per year, with opportunities for bonus and/or commissions. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of business experience and 3 years of experience in the financial industry in a similar role. You will possess excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
