**Job Summary**

As an Administrative Assistant at Powers Health, you will provide comprehensive support to our Director-level team. This role requires poise, independent judgment, and a high degree of proficiency in office computer operations, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Epic. You will be a member of our Administrative Team and report directly to the Director.

**Responsibilities**

• Provide administrative and secretarial services
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Operate office machines, including photocopiers, calculators, and multi-line telephones
• Develop and maintain knowledge of system operations and office procedures
• Provide strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrate organizational and public relation skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of clerical/administrative experience
• Previous EPIC experience preferred
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office applications required
• Secretarial, business, and communications courses preferred
• Typing speed of 50 WPM
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
