Full-Time Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently take drink orders from guests, process them accurately, and deliver beverages in a timely manner.
  • Verify guest identification to confirm compliance with age restrictions for alcohol consumption.
  • Promptly clear empty glasses and other items in accordance with sanitation standards.
  • Assist with side duties, including stocking service items and preparing necessary supplies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beverage offerings, including beer, wine, and liquor brands, as well as current pricing.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee will be required to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, utilize hands for handling objects and controls, reach with arms, and communicate effectively. The role may require lifting and/or moving items up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Alcohol Awareness Card is required.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is advantageous.
  • Stay informed about beverage offerings and pricing.
  • Adhere to and enforce all relevant alcoholic beverage laws and regulations.
  • Continuously monitor for signs of guest intoxication to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Ability to carry a tray weighing 10-15 lbs with one hand, walk in 1-inch heels, and stand for extended periods.

Grooming Standards

All team members must adhere to grooming standards, which include no visible tattoos or piercings and natural hair colors.
