Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Internal Audit team, you will engage in the following activities:
- Conduct audits of business processes and internal controls to support our growth in Material Handling and Construction Equipment sectors.
- Provide insights on risk management and compliance, helping the organization navigate complexities and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering strong communication and relationships across the organization.
- Address and enhance business processes that influence the control environment, promoting a culture of compliance.

Essential Duties:
- Develop and execute audit programs tailored to each audit engagement.
- Perform fieldwork, interviews, and prepare comprehensive audit documentation to substantiate findings and recommendations.
- Identify risks and inefficiencies within existing controls and processes, proposing effective solutions.
- Assist in special projects and support the annual internal audit risk assessment.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Internal or External Audit.
- Proven experience in auditing business process controls and developing test plans.
- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley and U.S. GAAP standards.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred:
- CPA or CIA certification, or in progress towards certification.

Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent decision-making and judgment capabilities.
- Proficient in documenting findings clearly and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change across complex organizational structures.
