Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences for employees at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning experience designers to create engaging and effective learning content.
- Facilitate learning sessions, both in-person and virtually, to promote knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communication, Business, Health Care, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in delivering interpersonal-skill and technical educational programs and course curriculum, preferably in a blended learning environment.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE/SAM.
- Ability to facilitate and lead one-on-one or large group development sessions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a healthcare business environment.
- Knowledge of a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ability to manage learning and development projects.
- A competitive salary range of $35.63-$53.44 per hour.
