Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences for employees at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning experience designers to create engaging and effective learning content.
  • Facilitate learning sessions, both in-person and virtually, to promote knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communication, Business, Health Care, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in delivering interpersonal-skill and technical educational programs and course curriculum, preferably in a blended learning environment.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE/SAM.
  • Ability to facilitate and lead one-on-one or large group development sessions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare business environment.
  • Knowledge of a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ability to manage learning and development projects.
