Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Internal Audit team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational effectiveness and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting audits of business processes and internal controls to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborating with various departments to foster transparency and effective communication.
- Developing and executing audit plans, ensuring alignment with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
- Preparing detailed audit documentation and reports to support findings and recommendations.
- Engaging with stakeholders to address and remediate audit issues proactively.
- Participating in special projects and contributing to the annual internal audit risk assessment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Internal or External Audit
- Proven track record in auditing business process controls
- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley and U.S. GAAP standards
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred:
- CPA or CIA certification, or in the process of obtaining such credentials
