Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of business processes and internal controls, ensuring adherence to established standards.
  • Engage with various departments to identify risks and recommend effective solutions.
  • Prepare detailed audit programs to guide the audit process efficiently.
  • Perform interviews and fieldwork, documenting findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance control measures and address audit issues.
  • Support the annual internal audit risk assessment and contribute to special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Internal or External Audit.
  • Proven expertise in auditing business process controls.
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley and U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred:

  • Certification as a CPA or CIA, or in the process of obtaining such credentials.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent decision-making capabilities and judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive improvements across the organization.
