Position Overview:


As a vital member of the TEPHRA Life Sciences Operations market team, you will play an instrumental role in driving business growth and fulfilling our mission.

The primary focus of this role is to empower our clients in their pursuit of excellence in patient care through the integration of science, technology, and operational leadership, emphasizing cost-effectiveness, user experience, and outcome-based results.

You will collaborate with a core team to enhance the capabilities of pharmaceutical businesses, fostering operations that are agile, interconnected, transparent, and driven by employee empowerment, all underpinned by data, artificial intelligence, and advanced technology.

As part of the core market team, you will contribute to the development and acceleration of our market approach as AI-enhanced business operations, engaging in strategy formulation, offering development, opportunity identification, and successful conversion, thereby delivering exceptional value to our clients and expanding our business footprint.

Your role will involve close collaboration with senior leadership, account management, and sales teams to innovate and shape offerings that align with the strategic objectives of payers.

Additionally, you will partner with solution development teams to create capabilities, prototypes, and materials that effectively demonstrate and implement our solutions.


By working alongside Account and Sales teams, you will identify strategic opportunities within pharmaceutical organizations and lead solution-oriented workshops with clients, showcasing the impact and value of our offerings.

You will cultivate trusted relationships with client executives, collaborating with sales leaders and account teams to significantly contribute to revenue growth across our accounts and prospects.

As a member of the core market team, you will assist in crafting and executing the Go-to-Market strategic business plan, establishing clear pathways to revenue targets through targeted account strategies, industry solutions, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in operations, solutions, and sales leadership, with over 15 years in large service providers, pharmaceutical companies, or CROs, covering essential processes in Life Sciences Operations, including clinical operations, clinical data management, safety pharmacovigilance, regulatory reporting, medical writing, biostatistics, patient support, and more.

Proven ability to leverage technology, data, analytics, robotic process automation (RPA), and artificial intelligence to enhance operational intelligence, automation, and autonomy.

Successfully delivered business and cost outcomes, including significant reductions in manual processes, minimized risks and penalties, and improved customer experience and engagement.


Demonstrated excellence in challenging environments, showcasing accountability and a strong sense of ownership. A robust entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity to create and develop business opportunities.


Established and maintained trusted partnerships with clients, demonstrating a passion for fostering relationships with account, sales, and other internal teams.


Proven ability to integrate the best capabilities of the organization into solutions and offerings that meet client goals and outcomes.


Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations to senior audiences.

Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
