Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support daily operational activities, ensuring seamless client service and monitoring trading activities.
  • Facilitate the identification and formulation of requirements, alongside testing plans for the implementation of a back-office system.
  • Manage and reconcile daily cash positions, ensuring accurate cash reporting and forecasting.
  • Supervise daily trade settlements and address any arising discrepancies.
  • Administer ACAT processing efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of Series 7 & 63 licenses, with a commitment to obtain Series 24 within six months.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Financial Services, specifically in Middle and Back-Office Operations.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the brokerage sector, particularly in Settlements, Corporate Actions, ACATs, Reconciliation, and Cashiering functions, along with the relevant regulations.

Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $155,000, commensurate with experience.
