Drives savings and cost avoidance targets by identifying opportunities for synergy and economies of scale.
Demonstrates extensive technical expertise and professional knowledge in third-party management, including sourcing, contract management, procurement, vendor management, spend management, and accounts payable.
Exhibits the ability to swiftly learn new processes and identify new offerings that may benefit the current customer base.
Mentors and motivates diverse client engagement teams by providing constructive on-the-job coaching while promoting an innovative and inclusive team-oriented environment.
Ensures high-quality work is delivered within expected timelines and budgets. Monitors progress, manages risks, and keeps clients informed about developments and anticipated outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:
10-15 years of relevant experience.
Essential Experience:
Recent experience in IT sourcing, particularly in Professional Services such as HR and Legal.
Proficiency in E-Sourcing tools and Oracle iProcurement.
Experience with Vendor Managed Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass and Oracle.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
Experience managing multiple business stakeholders as part of the internal procurement function.
