**Business Development Representative**
At 360 Fire & Flood, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, opportunities, and client relationships.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
