Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager - Technical at T-Mobile is a strategic leader tasked with steering the development and enhancement of API management, Gateway, and Authorization and Access Management services. This position involves articulating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

You will work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and innovative features. This role demands a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), developer empathy, strategic insight, and technical proficiency to create impactful products that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on API, Security & Gateway platforms.
- Write features or user stories and determine specifications.
- Define the long-term strategy for the product and create the product roadmap.
- Drive technical delivery from start to finish.
- Define the scope for releases and product increments.
- Collaborate with development, project/program management, and other key stakeholders to establish release schedules.
- Support and drive go-to-market activities as necessary.

Daily Activities:
- Engage in the development of advanced Application Delivery Networking solutions, ensuring our customers remain at the forefront of technological progress.
- Navigate the intricacies of emerging technologies to deliver exceptional developer experiences.
- Advocate for API development, empowering developers to create high-quality APIs that support business objectives.
- Guide the direction of our product offerings from conception to execution.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with API Product Managers, Engineers, and Vendors, utilizing your technical knowledge and customer-focused approach to make strategic decisions that enhance service delivery.
- Connect with customers to translate their needs into actionable product strategies.
- Lead a team dedicated to exploring innovative methods to enhance connectivity and simplify customer interactions with our technology.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience (Required).
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture within a large-scale company/application/product environment.
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.

Skills and Expertise:
- Advanced understanding of API Management, Gateway, and Authorization and Access Management.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation and professional writing, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile Project Management and tools for backlog/project management.
- Proven track record in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as a Product Manager or in a lead technology role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly to various audiences, including executives and non-technical leaders.

Compensation:
The base pay range for this role is $124,700 - $224,900, with a corporate bonus target of 20%. Actual pay will be determined based on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience.
