Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager - Technical at T-Mobile is a forward-thinking leader tasked with steering the development and enhancement of API management, Gateway, and Authorization and Access Management services. This position involves crafting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring the product's scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on API, Security, and Gateway platforms.
- Write detailed features and user stories.
- Define product specifications and long-term strategies.
- Create and manage the product roadmap.
- Oversee technical delivery from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with development teams and key stakeholders to establish release schedules.
- Support and drive go-to-market initiatives as required.

Daily Activities:
- Engage in the creation of innovative Application Delivery Networking solutions, keeping our customers at the forefront of technology.
- Navigate emerging technologies to enhance developer experiences.
- Advocate for API development, enabling developers to create high-quality APIs aligned with business objectives.
- Direct the product offerings from initial concept through execution.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with API Product Managers, Engineers, and Vendors, utilizing your technical expertise and customer-focused approach to make informed strategic decisions that improve service delivery.
- Translate customer needs into actionable product strategies.

Ownership:
- Take full responsibility for the product lifecycle of complex consumer devices and network services.
- Conduct developer experience research and data analysis to guide product innovation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience (Required).
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture within a large-scale environment.
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software development setting.

Skills and Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of API Management, Gateway, and Authorization and Access Management.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and professional writing for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile project management tools.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale business and technology initiatives as a Product Manager or in a leading technology role.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.

Compensation:
The base pay range for this role is $124,700 - $224,900, with a corporate bonus target of 20%. Actual pay will depend on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience.
