Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-based solutions that meet customer business objectives, leveraging expertise in RedHat OpenShift, AWS, and Azure.
  • Oversee the entire product development cycle of customer private cloud solutions, from ideation to launch.
  • Ensure that final products meet the needs of both business and end-users.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps for private cloud solutions.
  • Set milestones, timelines, and deliverables for technical components of products.
  • Manage interdependencies to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
  • Assess time and resource estimates from engineering teams.
  • Review technical specifications with technical squads.
  • Evaluate architecture and networking plans.
  • Contribute to infrastructure and scalability discussions.
  • Bridge the gap between infrastructure development teams and business executives.
  • Align engineering teams and collaborate with customer stakeholders.
  • Manage product life cycles from conception through retirement, ensuring products meet company standards for quality and performance.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and improve customer satisfaction with existing products.
  • Evaluate existing and new cloud technologies, advanced storage features, and operational methodologies to drive efficiency, availability, and effectiveness of services.
  • Uncover and understand private cloud design and build needs, translating them into requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and quality assurance team members.
  • Make decisions based on customer feedback, market data, and business goals.
  • Develop sophisticated product analytics frameworks to navigate customer landscapes, identify opportunities, and solve complex challenges.
  • Work experience as a product owner or similar role in product management is essential.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a must.
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle is required.
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web techniques is necessary.
  • Team spirit and good communication abilities are essential.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar can be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and technologies is essential.
