Job Description: The Client Focused Office Coordinator is a critical role within our organization. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Activities: Manage scheduling, communications, and other logistical aspects of client-facing events.
  • Support Event Planning: Collaborate with event managers to develop and implement event strategies.
  • Manage Reporting: Generate regular reports on meeting data and performance metrics.


Requirements:
  • Proficient in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
