Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Services Coordinator to join our team in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating major marketing and communications campaigns for some of the country's most prominent companies and organizations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with account teams and cross-functional departments to manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of Applecart's products.
  • Developing strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders at Applecart and communicating effectively in written and verbal formats.
  • Preparing high-quality client deliverables, including monthly performance reports and email correspondence.
Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and conduct market research.
  • Work within Applecart's project management tools and client delivery processes to ensure operational excellence throughout digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, such as public affairs, strategic communications, or marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 based on experience and location. Our compensation package includes annual cash bonus and equity compensation.
