Service Focus:

The customer service division at 5H2 Hub plays a crucial role in delivering essential support to our clients through account management, claims processing, daily client oversight, and underwriting services, solidifying our position as a leader in the insurance industry. With a comprehensive network of resources, you will collaborate with some of the finest talents in the field to provide innovative solutions to our clients.

Our team is expanding, and we are in search of a detail-oriented team player. The Client Services Coordinator will provide professional and courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Certificates of Insurance
  • Complete Evidence of Property
  • Request Loss Runs from insurance carriers
  • Prepare Summaries of Insurance
  • Verify policy accuracy against the insurance quote and Broker Management System
  • Manage audits, endorsement requests, and renewals
  • Create renewal kits and marketing materials
  • Update client information and policy details in the broker management system
  • Handle correspondence, including address updates
  • Provide backup support for reception and administrative tasks
  • Assist Account Managers with various responsibilities as needed

Your Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in commercial lines (preferred)
  • Property and Casualty producer's license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire
  • Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience

Travel: No travel required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
