About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Gardens at Escondido as a Business Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance and human resources departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile statements
  • Maintain accuracy of Community Rent Roll and update records as necessary
  • Coordinate the weekly packets to home office and prepare documentation as required
  • Assist with preparation of new residents' move-in paperwork and other administrative tasks

We offer a competitive salary of $$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
