Business Office Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Gardens at Escondido as a Business Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance and human resources departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment
- Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile statements
- Maintain accuracy of Community Rent Roll and update records as necessary
- Coordinate the weekly packets to home office and prepare documentation as required
- Assist with preparation of new residents' move-in paperwork and other administrative tasks
We offer a competitive salary of $$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
