Position Overview

As a Procurement Supervisor, you will oversee purchasing, storage, and inventory management functions at a designated location. Your role will involve implementing best practices, enhancing supply chain efficiencies, and ensuring high standards of quality across all operational areas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the receiving and distribution processes by collaborating with operational and culinary teams to ensure accurate and safe product delivery.
  • Oversee inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize losses, including product rotation and regular inventory audits.
  • Recruit, schedule, and train warehouse team members to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with Levy Company guidelines as outlined in training materials and employee handbooks.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of menus, products, packaging, and pricing related to all food and beverage offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, management, and partners.
  • Implement exemplary safety and sanitation practices.
  • Maintain and safeguard all purchasing and warehouse equipment.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that maximizes productivity and morale.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Receiving/Distribution is essential.
  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
