Overview:

Compensation: $15 per hour

Cedar Fair is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are dependable and eager to provide our guests with exceptional dining experiences. A variety of roles are available within our Food and Beverage Division.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Food & Beverage Staff are responsible for preparing and serving meals to park visitors while operating cash registers and ensuring top-notch service in a clean and safe environment.

Culinary/Kitchen Staff perform a range of duties including the preparation of high-quality food items and their presentation according to established company recipes. They are also tasked with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for kitchenware and dining utensils, as well as overseeing all areas within Food & Beverage to ensure compliance with food safety protocols, including regular inspections of food service areas.

Key Qualifications:

  • Adhere to all health regulations.
  • Prepare and cook food items.
  • Serve food in appropriate portions to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Deliver guest service in line with Cedar Fair standards, engaging with guests, answering inquiries, and providing directions.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in designated work areas, complying with Cedar Fair safety guidelines and reporting any unsafe conditions.
  • Meet scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Follow Cedar Fair's attendance policies.
  • Comply with Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct, including grooming and costuming standards as specified in employee guidelines.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Eligibility:

Positions are available for individuals aged 16 and older.

We Are Looking For:

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
