Position Overview: Server

Deliver outstanding, personable, and knowledgeable service for food and beverages while adhering to established quality and timing standards, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and team members
- Ensure punctuality, appropriate attire, and accurate order processing
- Maintain well-stocked stations with polished utensils and glassware
- Assist guests with menu inquiries, including beverage selection
- Handle transactions promptly and accurately in accordance with company protocols
- Serve food accurately and manage table maintenance efficiently
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Execute opening and closing tasks diligently for smooth operations
- Support ongoing learning initiatives and adhere to sanitation guidelines
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items and support staff procedures
- Uphold service excellence for an exceptional dining experience

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English language (written and oral)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Skillful use of serving trays for efficient food and drink delivery
- Obtain and maintain necessary certifications as required
