Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our residential sales team in achieving revenue goals and driving growth. Located in Nassau and Western Suffolk counties, Universe Home Services is a well-established company with over 70 years of expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work.
About the Role:
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships. Your goal will be to drive revenue and meet targeted quotas while ensuring that all Residential Sales Reps are properly trained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Residential Sales Team in achieving sales revenue goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Train and develop Residential Sales Reps to ensure they meet sales targets
• Facilitate, track, and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Work with the Marketing team to develop promotions for new programs
Requirements:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in residential sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
