Logistics and Sales Professional

RK Logistics Group is seeking a highly motivated Director of Business Expansion to lead our sales and logistics efforts in New York. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong sales and marketing skills, as well as excellent relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
    • Manage sales pipelines efficiently, from lead generation to closure.
    • Track and report on sales metrics, activities, and outcomes using CRM systems.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, key decision-makers, and stakeholders.
    • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
    • Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis and Feedback:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings and improve market positioning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven record of accomplishments and success in 3PL sales, business development, or a related role focusing on large Enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • 2 years of experience in 3PL and Warehousing selling experience

Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience.
