Administrative Services Director

Responsibilities:
- Manage the office such as AR, AP, & Customer Service
- Assist with Purchasing of supplies and dealing with vendors
- Filing & Organizing of all current and former company records
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies such as Digital Marketing and Social Media Postings to drive in new business
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Perform cold calling and other Inside Sales Duties (training provided)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office experience is a plus
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with CRM platforms preferably HubSpot
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Organized, Tidy, & Clean
- Kind, Loyal, & a Team Player
