As a Transportation Engineer at Sebago, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting engineering calculations, technical documentation, and construction drawings in accordance with industry standards.
- Creating design plans for roadway geometries, intersection layouts, drainage systems, pavement designs, and multimodal facilities.
- Developing conceptual designs and conducting feasibility studies.
- Preparing contract specifications and cost assessments.
- Managing construction administration for various projects.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to project staff.

Qualifications:
We recognize that candidates come with a variety of skills and experiences. If you possess all or some of the following qualifications, we would be eager to discuss your potential fit with our team:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Transportation Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required, or the ability to obtain one within a year.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, InRoads/Open Roads, Civil 3D, or Hydra Flow.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Experience collaborating with state or federal transportation authorities is advantageous.
