Available Office Locations:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the technical design of bridge and large culvert projects.
  • Contribute to the design of civil infrastructure, including dams, marine structures, and treatment facilities.
  • Perform engineering calculations and develop comprehensive plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Participate in bridge inspections and conduct load rating assessments.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Able to foster positive relationships with team members.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Required Experience:

  • 2 - 6 years of experience in bridge and transportation structure design.
  • Experience with marine and dam infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Mathcad, and Bluebeam.
  • Familiarity with structural analysis and bridge design software such as Bentley Civil WorkSuite, Bentley Open Bridge Designer, LARSA, STAAD, or similar FEM software.

Certifications Needed:

- Engineer in Training Certification or Professional Engineer licensure.

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
