We recognize that candidates come with diverse skill sets and experiences. If you possess all or some of the following qualifications, we would be eager to connect with you:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in site civil, site development, and/or infrastructure, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • A Professional Engineer's License is highly preferred.
  • Membership or equivalent standing in a professional/technical society is desirable but not mandatory.

This is an excellent opportunity to engage in a variety of projects and play a key role in our employee-owned company. We offer a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits. We are committed to fostering professional and personal growth while achieving collective success.
