We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Solution Sales Executive with a solid background in selling Student Systems to higher education institutions.

The perfect candidate should have vast experience in building relationships with key decision-makers like Registrars, Provosts, CFOs, CIOs, Presidents, VPs of Enrollment Management, and senior leadership within State Systems.

As a trusted advisor, you'll use your existing connections to boost sales and enhance our presence in the higher education sector.

What you'll do

  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and decision-makers within colleges and universities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and boost revenue in the higher education industry.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with key decision-makers, such as Registrars, Provosts, CFOs, CIOs, Presidents, VPs of Enrollment Management, and senior leadership within State Systems.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers across all stages of the sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that cater to the specific requirements of each institution.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Lead presentations, demos, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking occasions.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Over 10 years of experience in ERP, EPM, SCM, CX, or HCM enterprise-level sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Ability to access accounts and engage with collaborators at C-suite and LOB levels.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle or its competitors.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and closing abilities with prospects and customers.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
