Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on integrated campaign management and ABM strategies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for the mid-market/enterprise segment, leveraging ABM principles and personalized approaches.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with proficiency in ABM tools and techniques.
  • Experience in global campaign management, market expansion, and ABM personalization strategies across diverse geographies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to drive ABM-driven insights and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for ABM success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels through compelling ABM narratives.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills to manage complex, ABM-driven projects effectively.
