Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Hospice Account Executive to represent our client in the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in fostering and nurturing relationships with referral sources and community partners while providing essential education regarding hospice services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain positive relationships with referral sources and designated communities.
  • Educate stakeholders on hospice care topics to promote informed decision-making.
  • Assist with intake processes to ensure efficient and accurate referral coordination.
  • Meet and exceed admission and call volume targets.
  • Oversee daily sales and marketing operations, implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Document all sales activities in the CRM in accordance with organizational protocols.
  • Utilize marketing initiatives to achieve sales volume goals.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, including government agencies and major payer groups.
  • Facilitate communication among patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
  • Support the Director of Patient Services in budget planning and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • A clinical background with familiarity in hospital settings is essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Ability to engage tactfully with clients and customers.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, organization, and flexibility in job performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
