Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Account Executive to enhance our outreach efforts and foster strong relationships with referral sources and communities.

Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and nurturing positive connections with referral sources and community partners.
  • Providing comprehensive education on hospice care to stakeholders.
  • Assisting with intake processes to ensure efficient and accurate referral coordination.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • An associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
  • A clinical background with familiarity in hospital settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations abilities.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, organizational skills, assertiveness, flexibility, and teamwork.

Essential Functions
Your contributions will include:

  • Meeting targeted admission and call volumes.
  • Coordinating daily marketing and sales operations, including the execution of marketing strategies.
  • Building and maintaining a positive perception of our organization as a premier service provider.
  • Documenting all sales activities in the CRM according to organizational standards.
  • Implementing marketing initiatives to achieve sales volume goals.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of market dynamics, including government agencies and major payer groups.
  • Facilitating communication among patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
  • Educating patients and families about hospice options to support informed decision-making.
  • Assisting leadership in budget planning and resource allocation for marketing efforts.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
