Key Responsibilities- Meet Admission and Call Volume Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed admission and call volume targets.
- Coordinate Daily Sales and Marketing Operations: Implement marketing initiatives and coordinate daily sales and marketing operations to achieve business objectives.
- Build and Monitor Customer Perceptions: Build and monitor customer perceptions of St. Croix Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
- Document Sales Activity: Document all sales activity in the CRM per organizational requirements.
- Employ Marketing and Promotional Initiatives: Employ marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary sales volume projections.
- Maintain Comprehensive Working Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of markets, including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor's market positioning.
- Enhance Communication: Enhance the flow of communication between patients, families, caregivers, facilities, physicians, and hospice support vendors.
- Provide Education and Support: Provide patients, families, and caregivers with education on hospice care and encourage informed decision-making.
- Assist with Budget Development: Assist the Director of Patient Services/Regional Director in establishing organization volume projections in the annual budget and in establishing allocations for the marketing department.
- Conduct Market Assessments: Conduct market assessments and assist in developing a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
- Coordinate Marketing Events: Assist with coordinating and scheduling marketing events, vendor fairs, and exhibits within various territories.
- Provide Leadership and Support: Provide leadership and support to the Care Transition Team, including mentoring and shadowing of Care Transition Coordinators to assist in territory management.
- Maintain Comprehensive Working Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assist customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided.
- Monitor and Report Cost Effectiveness: Monitor and report the cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
