BBSI is seeking a skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide guidance and support to our business-owner clients and internal team of experts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine desire to proactively and consistently deliver results for our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for providing strategic human capital management, employment law compliance, employee relations, organizational development, workers' compensation administration, and best practices in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement
- Provide expert guidance on employment laws and regulations
- Support the development of best practices in human resources
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results-oriented solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in hands-on and strategic HR management
- Multi-client/units consulting experience a plus
- Knowledge of HR metrics and ability to benchmark, measure, analyze, and articulate the value and ROI of HR initiatives, practices, and policies
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to become a trusted advisor to business owners
- Extensive Microsoft Office experience

Salary and Other Compensation
The starting salary range for this position is $110,000-120,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.

Paid Time Off
40 hours of paid sick leave annually (additional sick/front loading/accrual, if any, based on state or regional requirements); vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
