Job Summary

As a Senior Human Resources Manager at Vaco, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business results. This includes managing labor and employee relations, benefits, compensation, and recruitment. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage labor and employee relations, including performance management, investigations, and discipline
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and recruitment programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with management and legal teams to develop and implement HR policies and programs
  • Collaborate with Safety & Training Manager to address health and safety issues and ensure OSHA compliance
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a track record of successfully managing HR functions
  • Proven experience in diverse HR functions, with a focus on employee relations and compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
