Key Responsibilities

  • Culture Cultivation: Foster a culture of leadership, kindness, respect, empathy, and compassion within the organization.
  • Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Policy Development: Develop, coordinate, and implement HR policies and activities that promote a healthy workplace.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Recruiting and Orientation: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process bi-weekly payroll, administer employee benefits programs, and handle payroll-related taxes.
  • Professional Development: Facilitate professional development and training activities for employees, ensuring continuous growth and learning within the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, 100% paid medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, and more.
